Utilities: A number of tools have been provided to assist with managing your collection and with ensuring that any data input into the Inventory spreadsheets is protected. For data protection, a Backup and Restore utility is available. Any one or all of the Inventory spreadsheets can be backed up with just a few simple selections, and restored just as easily. A usage log spreadsheet is also included, which records when you have used the software, which spreadsheets were used and when a backup or restore request was made. This way, you never have to worry about forgetting what the last time was when you made a backup.

This makes it possible to centralize important things associated with your collecting activities. Command buttons within these spreadsheets make it easy to add or delete items, or to enter dates.
