| Views | Inputting your inventory of items into any one of the 53 inventory spreadsheets is quick and easy. Simply find where an item is listed, find its grade and then enter the number of them that you have. As fast as you can enter the quantity of items into the spreadsheets, the value of your collection is calculated - using the prices found in the tables. Several different calculations are performed. In the first calculation, the value of all of the items you have added are totaled first within the spreadsheet. Then its totaled in an Overview spreadsheet. Finally, its added into the Summary spreadsheet. Each step presents the value of your collection in a different way, from detail to overview to summary. | The view below is a screen shot of a typical inventory spreadsheet. Listings start with the best quality coins available, transitioning to the lesser quality coins. Color coding is used in the price tables to distinguish between prices obtained from auctions, advertised dealer prices or extrapolation, face value and prices input by the user. Also, the ability to filter items based upon the criteria you select, allows a measure of customization of the view you wish to see. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
