Software: The 4th edition of the Canadian Currency Collection Inventory Management and Price Guide software continues to evolve and expand in listings and pricing. Pricing for Tokens has been added, along with over 700 more Business Denomination coins and varieties. And pricing for 1¢ and 5¢ High Grade coins has been expanded to 2007. The result of all of these additions is that the number of price points is now approaching 157,000 in total!

The User Guide that accompanies the software also contains an Introduction to Currency Collecting. In it you will find information on such things such as the popular eye appeal grades used to value coins - such as Brown, Red/Brown, Red, Gem Red used with copper coins, as well as Cameo, Heavy Cameo and Ultra Heavy Cameo used with all coins. Or Gem (Premium Quality) and Ultra Gem (Premium Quality Plus) commonly used with silver coins, but also used with copper and nickel coins. You will also get things such as an explanation of the differences between Business Issue, Proof Like, Specimen and Collector coins. NOTE: This software must be run on a personal computer (PC) with an English version of Microsoft® Excel 2002/XP or 2003 and having Microsoft® Windows 98 (FAT32) or Microsoft® Windows 2000/XP (NTSF) or higher as the operating system. Your computer must have a monitor and monitor board capable of at least 16-bit high color display, and a CD/DVD ROM drive (most computers made since 1999 should meet this requirement). For better perform-ance, your computer system should have at least 128 MB of RAM, a 500 Mhz CPU and at least 100 MB of available hard disk space. This software uses Excel VBA macros that are protected using an authenticated digital certificate.
