This 230 page illustrated reference guide for 5 cents coins of Canada is the first of its kind in several ways!  It is dedicated exclusively to 5 cents coins dated from 1858 to 1936, and is the most comprehensive guide available.  It contains listings and images of many rare variety coins, some of which have never been illustrated anywhere before.  A total of 406 different coins are listed, using nearly 700 images to illustrate 346 of them.  Over 60 obverse images are also provided to assist with grading.

This reference guide has been designed to be current for collectors for years to come, enhancing its value and usability.  This is made possible by separating pricing into Brookstone Publishing's™ Basic Edition and Professional Edition Price Guides.  Images do not change, but prices do.   Separating these two allows putting the things that change (prices) in one book with the things that do not change (images) in another.  As a result, this book will only be revised when enough new coin listings and associated new images are added.

All known coins are listed including pattern coins, replica coins, counterfeit coins, altered coins and counter stamped coins.  But of greatest interest are some exceptional variety coins that should prove to be in high demand by collectors in the years to come.  Be among the first to discover what they are!  To get an idea of the contents of this guide, visit the views using the selections to the left of your screen as well as those below.
